These terms describe the Impulse Health Android app and the general-wellness features currently available in it.
The app includes code, graphics, text, and other materials that may be protected by rights held by their respective owners.
Use the app for personal general-wellness purposes. Do not copy or redistribute protected app materials without the required permission.
The app provides camera-based pulse estimates, locally saved measurement history, wellness articles and quizzes, optional reminders, and a profile kept on the device. Availability depends on the phone's camera and permissions.
When purchasing is enabled, the Premium page offers weekly and yearly Google Play subscriptions. Eligible accounts may receive a 3-day free trial. Review the actual localized price, trial, renewal and payment terms shown by Google Play before confirming. Membership is activated after server verification. A developer-only simulated Premium state is only a preview and is not a purchased entitlement.
Do not interfere with normal operation, use the app unlawfully, or present its estimates as a medical diagnosis.
You are responsible for using the app lawfully and for keeping your device secure. The app requires camera access for measurement; local notifications are optional. You may decline these permissions, although the corresponding feature will not work. Uninstalling or clearing app storage removes the local data described in the Privacy Policy.
The app uses an anonymous installation account for business services and has no community feed, comment posting, or public content-upload service. Quiz responses and health reports are shown in the app; saved measurement reports stay in its local history.
The app does not accept public user submissions or ask for a license to publish content you create. If sharing or uploading is introduced, its terms will need to be explained at that time.
The app is not designed or clinically validated for children. Its profile age selector does not enforce a minimum age. A parent or guardian should supervise a minor's use where appropriate.
The accompanying Privacy Policy explains local measurements, synced profiles, permissions, subscription verification and account recovery.
Camera-based pulse and heart-score estimates may be affected by movement, lighting, skin contact, device hardware, and other factors. The app is not an ECG, medical device, diagnosis, or substitute for professional care. If you have symptoms or an urgent health concern, seek qualified medical help.
Camera and flash hardware, permissions, battery state, and Android restrictions can interrupt measurements or delay optional reminders. Stop a measurement if the flash or device becomes uncomfortable. The app does not promise uninterrupted service or a particular medical accuracy level.
These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
You can stop using the app and uninstall it at any time. Manage or cancel an active subscription through Google Play; uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription. Purchase records and anonymous installation accounts are stored on the verification server. To recover the original app account, import its saved recovery code in Settings → Membership Recovery and use the same Google Play account to query purchases. Save the code securely before purchasing; it is not a measurement-history backup. If it is lost, do not clear the original installation.
